Simulation of Complex Installment Schedule

The aim of this thesis is to examine relations from the field of financial mathematics concerning consumer and cash loans. Further objects of interest are various types of loan repaying, interest calculation and generating the installment schedule. The result of this mathemetical principles analysis is a complex simulator of installment schedule which was created for testing and configuration purposes in HCI company (Home Credit International).
Public Opinion on Acceptability of Loans and Debts - January 2020

In January 2020 Public Opinion Research Centre carried out a survey about debts and loans. In this press release are published attitudes of Czech citizens to debts of common people. In this text there are also published attitudes of Czechs to individual debts, e.g. acceptability of loans for real estate, education, consumption, car, holidays or for starting a business. Another question was focused on importance of financial resources for unexpected expenses and difficulties with the repayment of debts.

POLÁČKOVÁ, Saskia: Security instruments in private law. [PhD. thesis] / Saskia Poláčková - Charles University in Prague. Faculty of Law; Deparment of civil law. - Supervisor: doc. JUDr. Mgr. This thesis shows results of an investigation into security instruments recognized by private law of Czech republic and of Slovak republic, specifically focusing on substantive civil law as a representation of general private law. The hypothesis under investigation is that a number of existing security instruments could be fully replaced by a single security instrument, namely the lien. In order to confirm or reject the hypothesis, common characteristics - principle of subsidiarity, principle of accessority, purpose to provide security, purpose to ensure repayment - as well as specific characteristics of individual instruments are compared. The thesis is divided into chapters, sections and subsections, and supplemented by the abstract, introduction, summary and bibliography. Chapter One deals with security instruments in private law, mainly in the areas of substantive civil law, commercial law and labour law as codified in Czech republic and Slovak republic. Srovnání výhodnosti finančního leasingu a úvěru při pořízení vozového parku

This thesis compares financing of vehicle fleet by financial leasing and the loan in company Subterra Ltd.. The theoretical part describes the various options for financing long-term assets in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals in detail with comparing the offers from leasing and credit companies and the calculation of income and expenses associated with these forms of financing. In the end there is a comparison of different financing options at the time using discounted cash outflows and assessing the most effective solution for Subterra Ltd..

In this paper writers use Household Budget Survey data to analyze the evolution of the household credit market in the Czech Republic over the period 2000–2008. They next merge our data with the Statistics on Income and Living Conditions in 2005–2008, which contain direct information on repayment behavior, in order to test the validity of the standard debt burden measure as a predictor of default.
